Meet your Coaches
The 2026 coaching team is Jemma Wilson and Rebecca Jones, bringing together racing experience, coaching knowledge and a genuine passion for helping female riders get more out of their bikes.
Jemma a Motorcycling Australia Hall of Fame inductee brings her experience from the highest levels of offroad racing, while Rebecca brings her experience as an MWA coach, her offroad racing and passionate advocate for getting more women and girls out riding.
Together, they'll work with riders across the weekend on practical skills that you can take straight back onto the trails.
Proudly Supported By

Husqvarna Motorcycles Australia
This campout is a collaboration between RTRA and ORCWA,
bringing together two organisations with a shared passion for offroad riding and supporting female riders.
Behind the scenes, our combined team is working hard to create an epic weekend away - from the riding and coaching to the camping, activities, logistics and all the little details that make a campout special.
It's more than just a coaching weekend... It's an opportunity to ride together,
learn together, meet new people and celebrate women and girls who love riding dirt bikes.
We are also stoked to have Husqvarna Motorcycles Australia supporting this weekend as one of our awesome partners.
Their support helps us create an even bigger and better experience for the riders,
and we're excited to have Husqvarna along for the ride.

Offroad Champion & Coach
Jemma wilson
Jemma is one of Australia’s most accomplished female offroad riders, with a career built on racing, competition and a genuine passion for helping others become better riders.
With years of experience competing at the highest levels of offroad racing, Jemma brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching - from bike control and technique to reading terrain, finding lines and riding with confidence.
But it's not just Jemma's racing experience that makes her a great coach. She's passionate about creating a positive environment where riders can ask questions, have a go, make mistakes and come away feeling more confident on their bike.
Whether you're working on the basics or looking to sharpen your skills, Jemma's coaching is practical, approachable and focused on helping every rider get more out of themselves and their bike.
And, of course, there'll be plenty of laughs and good times along the way!

Offroad Coach
Rebecca Jones
Rebecca is an experienced offroad rider, coach and passionate advocate for getting more women and girls involved in dirt bike riding.
With a background in enduro and offroad riding, Rebecca brings a practical, rider-focused approach to coaching. She understands that building confidence on a dirt bike isn't just about going faster - it's about developing good technique, understanding your bike and learning to feel comfortable when the terrain gets challenging.
As a coach, Rebecca loves helping riders work through those “I can't do that” moments and turn them into “I just did that!” moments.
Rebecca is also heavily involved in the offroad community and is passionate about creating welcoming, supportive opportunities for female riders to learn, ride and connect.
For Rebecca, the best part of coaching is seeing riders leave with more confidence, more skills and a bigger smile than when they arrived.
