Club Constitution
What is the Constitution?
The Club Constitution is the governing document of the Offroad Riding Club of WA. It establishes the rules under which the Club operates and provides the framework for effective governance.
The Constitution outlines how the Club is managed, the rights and responsibilities of members, the structure of the Committee, how decisions are made and the processes that ensure the Club operates fairly, transparently and in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA).

General Meetings
General Meetings provide members with an opportunity to have a voice in the future direction of the Club.
Through these meetings, members can:

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can vote at an Annual General Meeting?
Voting rights are outlined within the Club Constitution. Financial members are encouraged to attend General Meetings and participate in Club governance.
How do I nominate for the Executive Committee?
Executive positions are advertised prior to each Annual General Meeting. Eligible members can nominate in accordance with the nomination process outlined in the Constitution.
Can I propose changes to the Constitution?
Yes. Constitutional amendments can only be made by Special Resolution at a properly convened General Meeting in accordance with the Constitution.
How do I raise a concern or dispute?
The Constitution includes a grievance procedure that provides a fair and transparent process for resolving disputes involving members or the Club.
